Another dish I go to regularly is a Caesar salad, which, from time to time, I crave! I normally prepare a Caesar salad dressing that will last me for at least two if not three salads and try to consume it within the week! Since this dressing requires an egg yolk, (protein!), I will not add the croutons, but in exchange I make up by adding extra shaved parmesan cheese. This particular time I did not have bacon bits available so I did without!
